RE: CDDB's license agreement

on the other hand, as long as our DB has CDDB-serving compatiblity, then
players need not support the new format, the users only need to point to a
different server. Eventually (we hope) enough people will hear of the 'few'
CDIN (or whatever) apps and their new features, that they'll clamor for new
feature support, and developers will drop their existing apps in favor of
new ones supporting our effort.

Maybe.

On another note, can we get some agreement here as to which mail server, web
site, project, whatever, we use? I'm getting/sending mail to two different
lists, and it's a pain...
