I'm neutral on most of the details of the DB format. One thing I think is
really important, however, is that whatever method we use to generate a
disc ID, we need to make sure that we store all of the information need to
re-create it from the DB record. If we don't do this, we can't ever change
the ID format (which seems to be a problem we're going to run into in
trying to use old CDDB data)
