CD Index Update

I've made quite a few changes to the pages in the last few days. I just
uploaded them and also moved everything over to the more permanent
home. The official home page for the CD Index project is now:

http://www.cdindex.org

The submission clients that still reference freeamp.org/cdindex will
still work. The next version of the client that I am going to release
(early next week) will reference the new page. I'll talk more about
other changes to the client next week -- don't worry, all the changes
to the client are backwards compatible.

Here is a list of the problems that I fixed in the server pages:

1) XML metacharacters in the data are now properly escaped.
2) I removed the duplicate detection algorithm -- it was too simple
minded. I'll write a server side script that will do this.
3) The searching algorithm is improved to allow the band R.E.M. to be
found. :-)
4) The multiple artists CD title in xget.pl is no longer blank.
5) If a CD is not found, and the toc & tracks arguments are present for
get hget.pl request, a link to the submit pages is shown. This will not
work with the 1.0.0 or earlier client. The 1.1.0 client will send the
toc & tracks arguments even on a get, just for that case.

I will also collect all the updated scripts and release them over the
weekend.
