Directory structure

Idea (feel free to ignore it, because I don't see *me* writing any code
while I'm this busy, and it's rude to demand things from others...)

CDDB clients often use different cache structures, directory names, etc.

If possible (for Unix at least) we should standardise where CDindex data
goes when its being cached for clients with intermittent connectivity.
I suggest the XML CDindex format might be appropriate, and using the
CDindex-style hash as the filename is too.

Unless there's some reason not to, we should support ~/.cdindex/ in Unix
because that's the most obvious place. Win32, OS/2, BeOS etc. people may
have recommendations for their platforms, but on that I know nothing.

Nick.
