Wow! Looks like we are stirring something up here. This is why I think
it is crucial that we ensure we stay on the right side of the law, these
guys are clearly watching developments on this (and the free-cddb list)
very very closely. This type of thing really does represent a threat to
them, and we must ensure that we remain immune to any potential legal
challenges.

Remember, we don't need their database, and we don't need their
protocol. We must establish whether we are making ourselves vulnerable
if we use the CDDB protocol as "inspiration" for our own protocol, and
we must be damn sure about it. Also, I have said it before and I will
say it again, we MUST NOT attempt to copy their database in any way,
that is asking for trouble.
