I've been back in the states since a few days now, but late on the 8th
of may my mail server crashed and I spend quite a bit of time
recovering that machine. I've lost some e-mail in the process -- in
particular if you've sent me e-mail between may 8 and may 11 asking me
to do something important, you may want to re-send your request. It may
have gotten lost.
I'm am going to start working through the e-mail back log now...
