Avoiding any legal threats

I am somewhat paranoid about any attempt to transfer the CDDB database
into our own, as that would make the system susceptable to legal
challenges. Even if we were to win, who here would be willing to stump
up the money to fight a court case?

I really don't think it would be difficult to build up a large database
quickly particularly with the help of Rob and the ./ effect.
