easy XML -> HTML?

BTW has anyone written a nice XML to HTML renderer for cdindex?

I have heard Internet Explorer 5.0 has some means to display XML, albeit
the only bit of interest to me (and other IE haters that have not managed
to have a working XML Mozilla on their system :) is, how they would
render random XML to useful HTML (a nested block diagram?).
